构建农村和谐社会机制探析

Analysis on Setting up Regime of Harmonious Society in the Country

针对目前我国农村的情况,从机制建设的角度做好农村构建和谐社会工作,可考虑采取如下的途径和方法:一是改革村官的选拔管理制度,强化农村和谐发展的动力机制;二是借鉴先进经验,建立支农扶贫长效机制;三是坚持以人为本,建立农村社会和谐综合治理机制。

Aiming at current rural circumstance in our country, in view of regime construction, considerable approaches and means to work well at the rural harmonious society construction list as follows： i, reform village functionaries＇selection management system and enhance the motive mechanism of rural harmonious development; ii, build up long-running mechanism to pay agriculture and support the poor by drawing lessons from advanced experience; iii, to establish synthesized manage mechanism of harmonious society in the country based on a persistence of humanism.
