摘要
科技成果产业化问题是一个复杂的、综合性系统工程,需要政府的介入,更需要全社会的通力合作。根据苏州的实际和未来发展战略的要求,应建立苏州科技成果集成综合服务平台,制定先进的技术规划制度,优化软环境制度,完善风险投资制度,加快人才培养与引进制度建设。
The industrialization of scientific and technical achievements is a comhcated and comprehensive project that needs the governmental aid and social cooperation. To meet the need of the future development strategy of Suzhou, we should establish the system of integrated service for the industrialization of scientific and technical achievements, formulate an advanced technological plan, optimize the system of immaterial environment, perfect the system of risk investment and speed up the formulation of the system of personnel training and the introduction of intellectual resources.
