摘要
目的:用发酵工艺生产黑木耳菌丝体,用于临床治疗脑栓塞后遗症。方法:将黑木耳菌种接种于培养基,在28℃、压力0.1MPa,发酵时间45h的条件下,三级发酵。结果:黑木耳菌丝体中木耳多糖平均含量5.7mg/g。结论:该生产工艺可靠、质量稳定、产量高、成本低,适合于工业化生产。
Objective: Using fermentation technique to produce agaric mycelium, for treating sequela of cerebral thrombosis. Methods: The fermentation conditions: medium, 28℃ ,pressure 0. 1Mpa, 45 h, three stage fermentation. Results: The content of agaric polysaccharide in agaric mycelium was 5.7 mg/g. Conclusion: The technique is credible, and has steady quality, high output, low cost, and adapt to bring about industrialization.
