党的第一代领导人毛泽东和闽西党组织坚持群众路线,妥善处理党同群众的关系,正确开展群众工作,细致深入地宣传、发动群众,切实维护群众的利益,深入实际调查研究,反对官僚主义,反对脱离群众,与群众同呼吸、共命运,形成鱼水深情。为新时期加强党的执政能力建设,提供了宝贵的经验。

The first Party leader, Chairman Mao Zedong, and organizations of the CPC in western Fujian persisted the mass line, Properly dealt with the relationship between the Party and masses, carried out the work with masses correctly, went deeply to the masses and mobilized them, protected the interests of the masses, etc. In the meanwhile, they also fought against the bureaucratism and standing apart from the masses. An inseparable relationship then was founded between the CPC and the masses. All this has supplied the valuable experience and reinforced the CPC＇s ability of governing our country.
