高校构建校务公开长效机制探析

Probing into effective mechanism in giving publicity to collegiate affairs

推行校务公开是高校民主办学的一项基本制度,是学校加强民主政治建设、党风廉政建设和规范学校管理的重要举措。由于认识、制度、体制、监督等因素的不到位,当前高校在推行校务公开中还存在不规范、不真实、随意性大等问题。推动校务公开在高校深入开展,要从健全机构、完善制度、加强监督等环节构建长效机制,实现校务公开的制度化、规范化。

Propelling the publicity of collegiate affairs is a basic system in running colleges democratically. It is also an important measure in strengthening the Party＇s democracy and incorruptible ethos as well as setting criterions for college running. Because of the imperfectness in cognition,systems,supervision, etc, there exist currently in giving publicity to collegiate affairs some phenomena such as abnormity, unreality and casualness. In order to deepen the publicity of collegiate affairs, it is necessary to perfect the organizations and systems, to establish the everlasting supervisal mechanism and to make the publicity of collegiate affairs systematized and standardized.
