摘要
目的建立了复方替米沙坦片溶出度测定方法。方法采用HPLC法进行测定。结果峰面积与进样量线性关系良好,回归方程分别为:替米沙坦:Y=2.02×10-5X+1.62,r=0.9995;氢氯噻嗪:Y=1.16×10-5X+0.36,r=0.9994。替米沙坦的平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.6%;氢氯噻嗪的平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为0.9%。结论方法准确,简便快捷,可用于同时测定复方替米沙坦片中替米沙坦和氢氯噻嗪的溶出度。
AIM To establish a HPLC method for determination of the solubilities of telmisantan and hydrochlorothiazid in compound telmisantan tablets. METHODS HPLC was used for the determination of telmisantan and hydrolorothiazid. RESULTS The linear regression equations were Y = 2.02 × 10^- 5 C ＋ 1.62, r = 0.9995 for telmisantan and Y = 1.16 × 10^- 5 C ＋ 0.36, r = 0. 9994 for hydrochlorothiazid. The average recoveries were 99.7% and 100.5%, respectively. CONCLUSION This is a simple, accurate method which can be used for determination synchronously the solubilities of telmisantan and hydrochlorothiazid in compound telmisantan tablets.
