围绕中国特色社区建设目标提出正确处理社区党建和社区文化矛盾关系的对策极为必要,对此,本文试从培养认同感、狠抓发展、区分需要、周到服务四个方面提出了相应而具体的对策。

It is very important and essential to provide the countermeasure of dealing with the contradiction of community Party construction and community culture based on the construction target of Chinese characteristics community construction. So, this article tries to provide the particular countermeasure from four aspects; cultivating the feeling of agreement; trying hard development; distinguishing requirement and considerate service.
