摘要
采用目前运用较为广泛且简便快速的微珠比色法对食盐中的碘化物进行测定。考察了溶液酸度、显色剂用量、共存离子干扰对测定的影响。此法适用于微量分析,检出限可达0.006μg,适合现场快速分析。
Iodide from salt was determination by the popular, sample and quick micro - pear colorimetry. The test limitation was 0. 006μg, with high sensitivity and the method was suitable for quick analysis.
