摘要
对粉体加工技术中的重要环节——分级技术作了较为细致的分析,结合分级和筛分技术的优点,提出组合分级概念,并由此研制出有导流器的新型筛分装置,提出工业化生产流程。
Classification is a very important process in processing of powder. In this paper, classification technology was analyzed in detail. Combined the advantages of classifiers with and without screens, a new integrated classification concept was proposed, and a novel gas stream-screen classitier with fluid director was designed and studied. Also, the flow sheet for industrial equipment was presented.
