应用稳定性参数和高稳系数分析云南省甘蔗品种区试

Application of cultivars stability parameter and high stable coefficient in the analysis of sugarcane regional trial in Yunnan

对云南省第八套甘蔗品种区域化试验的15个品种(材料)在8个点的两年新植、一年宿根数据进行了收集整理。以新植宿根的平均公顷含糖量为计算分析依据。用回归系数法和回归坐标图分析产量的高产稳产性表明:品种12,10,9,1,11,2,3等高产稳产,品种5,6等高产但不稳产,品种7低产稳产,而品种4低产而不稳产;用高稳系数(HSC)法分析的高产稳产性表明,产量的高产稳产排位为12,9,10,1,3,11,13,5,2,6,4,8,7。变异参数的相关性分析和显著性测验表明,平均产量与高稳系数之间达极显著的相关,相关系数达-0.9396**。高稳系数法把新品种的高产性和稳产性结合起来,且计算简便、可靠。高稳系数分析排位靠前的品种与各试验点正进行的繁殖示范品种高度一致。

Data of the eight Yunnan sugarcane regional trial, including 8 sites and 15 two-year newly-planted and one-year ratooned varieties （clones）, were collected. Based on the average sugar yield per hectare, varieties yield were analyzed with the regression coefficient and regression coordinate diagram, results indicated that variety No. 12, No. 10, No. 9, No. 1, No. 11, No. 2 and No. 3 were high and stable in yield, variety No. 5 and No. 6 were high but unstable, variety No. 4 was low and unstable.When analyzed with the high stability coefficient （HSC）, the sequence of variety yield and stability were variety No.12 〉 No.9 〉 No.10 〉 No.1 〉 No.3 〉 No.11 〉 No.13 〉 No.5 〉 No.2 〉 No.6 〉 No.4 〉 No.8 〉 No.7. Correlation analysis and significant test showed that the correlation coefficient of average sugarcane yield and HSC was up to - 0.9396^＊＊ , significant at 1% level. In production, varieties being used in demonstration in Yunnan are right the ones with anterior ranks in HSC analysis. Therefore, the method HSC, simple in calcultion and reliable in analysis, could be used as an effective and reliable way to evaluate the yield and its stability of variety in regional test.
