摘要
大米中的三环唑残留经乙酸乙酯萃取后浓缩进样。用非极性毛细管柱(DB-1)分离、火焰光度检测器(FPD-393 nm硫滤光片)测定。结果表明标准曲线满足二次曲线方程y=41.35x2-15.73x+52.23,相关系数0.9996。回收率95.3%,相对标准偏差3.01%,方法检出限0.5 mg/kg。该试验方法有测定结果准确度高、试剂用量少、操作简单、快速等优点。
Tricyclazole residue in rice was extracted with ethyl acetate, and injected into gas chromatograph after concentration. Tricyclazole residue in rice was separated with capillary column DB-1 and determinated with FPD-S. The results showed that the standard curve meet the quadratic equation y = 41.35x^2 - 15.73x + 52.23, and the correlation coefficient was 0. 9996.The recovery ratio was 95.3 %, the RSD 3.01%, and the detection limit 0.5 ng/kg. The method had merits of simplicity, accuracy and rapidity.
