Discussion on Contract Management of Irrigation Projects

结合辽宁大伙房输水工程的实际,探讨水利工程项目合同管理的一些具体问题,阐明只有签订相对公平合理的合同,才能使合同正常履行。同时,阐述了参建各方建立良好的互信互谅关系是合同顺利履行的保证。

Taking Dahuofang irrigation project in Liaoling province as example, this paper analyzes on some issues related to the contract management of irrigation works. The paper presents that a contract cannot he successfully implemented unless it is a relatively fair and reasonable one and that establishing a favorable relationship among all parties that take part in the project will ensure a good performance of the contract.
