用菜籽粕育肥杂交牛增重效果的研究

Gaining Effects of Rape Cake on Beef Cattle

为充分开发利用贵州省丰富的菜籽粕饲料资源,降低肉牛的生产成本,给肉牛饲料生产提供科学试验依据,我们用菜籽粕取代大部分豆粕对杂交肉牛开展了为期60d的育肥试验。结果表明:饲喂豆粕的试验Ⅰ组和饲喂菜籽粕的试验Ⅱ组,60d平均总增重都在76kg左右,日增重均达到1·27kg,增重并未受到影响。菜籽粕组的饲料价格为1500元/t,而豆粕组的饲料价格达1750元/t,试验Ⅱ组饲养成本比试验Ⅰ组减少10%左右。

In order to exploit the rape cake as fodder resources, decrease the unit costs per gaining for feeding beef cattle, and provide scientific basis for feed industry of Guizhou, 60 days growth trial was conducted to study the gaining effect of rape cake on beef cattle. The results indicated that 60 days gain of rape cake group and soybean group were 76.5kg and 76.4kg, and either of their daily gain was 1.27kg. Rape cake did not affect daily gain but decreased the gaining costs per kg. The feeding costs per kg of rape cake group and soybean group were 1.5 Yuan and 1.75 Yuan（RMB）, and the costs of rape cake group decreased by 10% than that of soybean group.
