中药增骨Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号序贯疗法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的临床观察

THE TREATMENT OF ISCHEMIC NECROSIS OF THE FEMORAL HEAD BY SEQUENTIAL THERAPY OF "ZENG GU" I, II AND III: A Clinical Observation

为探讨中药增骨Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号序贯疗法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的疗效。将120例股骨头缺血性坏死病人随机均分治疗组和对照组。治疗组应用中药增骨Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ号序贯疗法,对照组应用验方增骨汤,3个月为1个疗程。结果显示治疗组有效率95.2%,对照组84%。在缓解疼痛及关节功能恢复方面,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。表明按骨重建理论制定的序贯疗法治疗股骨头缺血性坏死优于验方。

In order to study the therapeutic effect of the sequential therapy of 'ZENG GU' (ZG, a TCD preparation for osteoporosis) I, II and III on ischemic necrosis of femoral head (INFH), 120 cases of INFH were randomly divided into the treated and control groups, which were treated for one treatment course (three months) by the sequential therapy of ZG I, II and III and by the experienced recipe 'ZENG GU TANG', respectively. The results showed that the effective rates of the treated and the control were 95.2 % and 84 %, respectively; the treated had an advantage over the control in the pains relief and the joint function recovery (P < 0.05), suggesting that the sequential therapy based on the bone recon struction theory has an advantage over the experienced recipes in treating INFH.
