大鼠空肠肌间神经丛NADPH-黄递酶的光镜及电镜观察 被引量:11

摘要 用NADPH-黄递酶(NDP)组织化学染色及电镜技术对正常成年大鼠空肠肌间神经丛的NDP分布进行观察。结果显示,NDP阳性产物为蓝色,分布于神经元胞浆中,核不着色。电镜下,NDP阳性产物为中等电子密度,呈斑块或点状均匀分布或散在于神经元胞浆中,常靠近核膜和粗面内质网,但未发现与特定的细胞器或突触小泡有特殊的定位关系。 The localization of NADPH-diaphorase(NDP)in the jejunum myenteric plexus of the rat has been studied with light and electron microscope by using NADPH-diaphorase(NDP) histochemical staining method.The results indicated that the NDP positive product deposited in the cytoplasm without anything in the nucleus, Under electron microscope, the NDP positive neurons were displayed a moderate dense deposit,which was patchily or punctuately participated evenly or scattered throughout the cytoplasm,and was not associated with any organelles or synaptic vesicles,although they were often found near the nuleolemma and rough endoplasmic reticulum.
