摘要
文章分析了目前高职院校系部文档资料管理方面存在的问题,阐述了高职院校系部文档资料管理的特点和基本要求,提出了分层次模块化体系的办法和设想,探讨了系部文档资料管理提升的办法。
The article analyses the problems today in the management of departments＇ documents and data in the higher vocational colleges, expatiates on the characteristic and the basic requirement of the management, puts forward the thinking of a layering and modularization system, and discusses the methods which can effectively stepped up the quality of management.
