Based on the General Secretary Hu Jintao＇s thoughts on the six basic features of harmonious society and the investigation and analysis of the actual fact of Xiaonan District, this article probes into the problems of social vigor, social justice, and social stability, and proposes some relevant suggestions and countermeasures of the construction of harmonious society.
