The paper proceeds to in -depth international private analysis towards law of direct application by comparison. The paper nails down the relation between conflict rules and law of direct application though they are both legal option methods. It afresh surveys the quality and the norm construction of law of direct application. Moreover it points out two problems which should be paid much attention to in judicatory practice.
