摘要
用形态测量及图像分析仪等方法，对３组不同年龄的大鼠肾集合管进行了定量研究。结果表明，在老年组，大鼠肾集合管的数量明显减少，集合管面积、周长、直径明显增加，而其上皮细胞核的体积明显缩小，并且变得更圆。
Using the morphometry and image analysis,the measurement of the collecting duct in three groups with different ages was studied. The results showed that the number of collecting duct and the nuclear volume of the epithelial cells decreased in aged group, but the area and diameter of collecting duct increased obviously and the nucleus of epithelial cell became more circular.
