不同年龄患儿应用静脉留置针效果观察与分析

OBSERVE THE EFFECT OF INDWELLING NEEDLE IN VEIN OF DIFFERENT AGE PEDIATRIC PATIENT

目的对120例使用静脉留置针的患儿进行效果观察,并根据各年龄组的特点采取不同的护理措施。方法把新生儿至13岁的小儿分成4组,每组30例,随机抽样。结果新生儿组、6—13岁组使用效果比1月～2岁、3—5岁组效果明显好。结论不同年龄组患儿的特点在很大程度上影响留置针使用效果。

Objective To observe the effect from 120 eases who use vein indwelling needle, and use different nursing measure according to the character of every age group. Methods To divide into 4 groups from neonate to 13 years, every group has 30 eases in random sample. Results The effect in neonate group and 6 to 13 years group is obviously better than the effect in 1 month to 2 years group and 3 to 5 years group. Conclusion The eharaeter in different age group influences the effect of vein indwelling needle.
