企业内部环境是个复杂适应系统。因此,企业内部环境管理应坚持专项管理与整体协调控制相结合;精确管理与混沌管理相结合;有形管理与无形管理相结合;组织与自组织相结合;日常管理与战略管理相结合;主动调整与被动应对相结合。内部环境管理目标分为近期目标、中期目标和远期目标三个层次。管理内容包括内部环境各子系统的建设与优化、各子系统间的整体协调与耦合二个方面。
Enterprise internal environment is a complex adaptive system. Accordingly, enterprise internal environment management must stick to the following rules: the integration of specialized management and coordinated control, that of accuracy control and fuzzy control, that of concrete management and invisible management, that of organization and self-organization, that of daily control and strategic management, and that of active readjustment and passive reaction. The objectives of internal environment management consist of short-term, mid-term and long-term ones. Internal environment management contains the establishment and improvement of sub-systems as well as their integration and interconnection.
