补阳还五汤对局灶性脑缺血大鼠学习记忆功能的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察补阳还五汤对局灶性脑缺血大鼠学习记忆功能的影响。方法33只SD大鼠分成假手术组(n=10),模型组(n=11)和补阳还五汤组(n=12)。线栓法诱导大鼠大脑中动脉阻塞模型,术前7d开始灌胃(13.3g/kg),连续给药21d,1次/d。缺血后第1~28天进行神经症状评分,第30~35天采用八臂迷宫评价学习记忆功能。结果缺血后第32、34和35天,补阳还五汤组大鼠总错误次数分别为(3.21±0.47)次、(1.94±0.59)次和(1.48±0.51)次,参考记忆错误次数分别为(2.46±0.52)次、(1.44±0.53)次和(1.15±0.57)次,与模型组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),但补阳还五汤对工作记忆错误次数没有影响(P>0.05);补阳还五汤在缺血后14d内能显著改善神经症状(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论补阳还五汤能显著改善脑缺血恢复期大鼠学习记忆能力。 Objective To investigate the neuroprotective effect of Buyanghuanwu decoction on learning and memory in rats with focal cerebral ischemia injury. Methods Thirty three SD rats were divided into the sham group( n = 10), the model group( n = 11 ) and the Buyanghuanwu decoction group( n = 12). Focal cerebral ischemia was induced by occlusion of the fight middle cerebral artery ( MCA ) for 90 min using the intraluminal filament model. Buyanghuanwu decoction treatment ( 13.3g/kg, orally) was started on day 7 before ischemia and afterward once a day for 21 days. Neurological function was examined up to 28 days after ischemia and then learning and memory evaluated using 8-arm radial maze on days 30 -35 after ischemia. Results On days 32,34 and 35 after ischemia, Buyanghuanwu decoction could significantly decrease the numbers of total error (3.21 ± 0.47,1.94 ± 0.59 and 1.48 ± 0.51, respectively, P〈0.05) and reference memory error (2.46 ± 0.52,1.44 ± 0.53 and 1.15 ± 0.57, respectively, P〈 0.05 ), but not decrease the numbers of working memory error( P〉0.05 ). In addition, motor function was improved from day 1 to day 14 after ischemia ( P 〈 0. 05 or P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion The present data suggest that Buyanghuanwu decoction could improve the ability of learning and memory after focal cerebral ischemia injury in rats.
