中国人人格特点的才干因素分析

Analysis of talents of personality characteristics of the Chinese

目的探讨不同性别、年龄、职业和婚姻状况的被试在才干人格维度上的特点。方法对1672名被试在中国人人格量表(QZPS)的才干维度上的分数进行分析。结果才干维度分数存在显著的年龄(青年组、壮年组和中年组的平均分数分别为88.28分,89.08分和90.84分,P<0.01)、职业(工人、农民、行政管理和科教文卫的平均分数分别为87.83分,90.13分和90.25分,P<0.01)和婚姻状况(有配偶和无配偶者的平均分数分别为88.90分和90.01分,P<0.05)差异,其中尤以年龄和职业的影响最大,而且婚姻状况会明显影响个体的才干分数,有配偶者的才干分数显著低于无配偶者。结论个体的性别、年龄、职业和婚姻状况会显著影响其才干分数。

Objective To investigate characteristics of Talents, one of seven dimensions of Chinese personality, as a function of occupation, gender, age, and marital statues. Methods Chinese Personality Scale （QZPS） were applied on 1672 subjects and talents scores were calculated and analyzed. Results Significant differences of talents were detected among different age groups （ the average scores of the three age groups ranged from younger to older were 88.28,89.08, and 90.84, respectively, P 〈 0. 001 ）, different vocations （ the average scores of the farmers ,workers ,and executives were 87.83,90.. 13 ,and 90.25 ,respectively, P〈 0.01 ） ,and different marriage states（ the averages score of married and single were 88.90 and 90.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. Age and occupation caused most significant differences in all of the score differences, and different marriage states could influence the average score of talents, with singles scored higher than married individuals. Conclusion Occupation, gender, age, and marital statues could influence individuals＇ talents score.
