摘要
学习型组织理论是当今世界较前沿的管理理论之一,就企业管理而言,是解决企业问题的一个新的管理举措,其通过培养弥漫于整个企业的学习气氛,充分发挥员工的创造性思维能力,以提升企业的核心竞争力。通过对大连亿达集团建设学习型企业的实证分析,阐明建设学习型企业是提升企业核心竞争力的源泉。
The learning type organization theory is one of the most advanced management theories of the world today. Speaking of the business management, it is a new management solution on how to solve the problems of the enterprise. By building a learning ambience that fills in the entire enterprise, staff's creative ideation will be fully developed, then the enterprise key competitive capacity will be promoted. Through the demonstration analysis of Dalian Yida Group, which is building the learning type enterprise, it had expounded the construction of learning type enterprise is the fountain head of the enterprise key competitive capacity.
