偏瘫患儿的康复训练技巧

Rehabilitation for children with hemiplegia

目的探讨我院自编综合康复疗法的疗效。方法46例偏瘫患儿分为对照组与康复组各23例,分别于治疗前后采用上肢运动功能Fugl-Meyer评分法进行评测。结果康复组治疗后与对照组各项指标均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论我院自编综合康复疗法有效。

Objective To explore the effect of the rehabilitation therapy founded by ourself. Methods 46 children with hemiplegia were divided into rehabilitation group and control group. Fugl-Meyer Measure was used before and after rehabilitation. Results There were significant difference between two groups in all the index（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The rehabilitation therapy founded by ourself is effective on hemiplegia.
