摘要
在分析产品特性和市场需求的基础上,从高校的体育场馆、高校的竞技比赛、高水平运动队以及高校体育教师四个方面对高校体育产业的经营策略进行了探讨分析,使高校能结合本校的实际情况制定出具有本校特色的体育产业市场化的经营策略。
After analyzing products characteristics and market demand of sports industry of universities and colleges, this paper has discussed its strategies of management from stadium, competition, the high lever sport team and teachers of physical education. According to it, universities and colleges can develop the own strategies of management.
