摘要
根据足和40副跟距骨的距下关节解剖学测量,表明该关节对足的重要枢轴作用。从前、后距下关节的外形、朝向、骨间韧带及其制约,发现距下关节的运动轴为距足中线内旋25°~30°,跖屈5°~8°,主要运动方式是内翻、外翻、内外滑移和前后滑移。通过对跟距骨的矢状切面和横切面观察,骨小梁的排列具有应力迹线的一致性。
Anatomicalmeasurementandmovementanalysisofthesubtalarjointwascarriedouton7cadaverfeetspecimensand40pairsoftalusandcalcaneouswiththesub-talarjoints.Theresultsrevealedthat,thesubtalarjointasapivotjointhasmotionsontheanteriorandposteriordirectionsandislimitedbytheinterosseoustalocalcanealliga-ment.Theaxisofmotionofthetalusisfrominferior-posterior-lateraltosuperior-anteri-or-medial,withanangleofdeviationof25~30degreewiththelongitudinalaxisofthefootpassingbetweenthesecondandthirdmetatarsalsandaplantardeclinationangleof5~8degrees.Themainmovementsofthesubtalarjointareinversion,eversionandslidingmovementsinthelateral-medialandtheposterior-anteriordirections.Observationofthetalocalcanealtrabeculainthesagitalandtransverseplanes,showedahighlyunanimousarrangementsalongwithtransarticularstress.
