摘要
目的观察兴奋性氨基酸受体拮抗剂对帕金森模型动物全脑多巴胺的影响,为帕金森病的发病机制提供理论依据。方法采用MPTP腹腔注射建立C57BL小鼠帕金森氏病模型,同时用兴奋性氨基酸NMDA受体拮抗剂Ketamine和GABA受体拮抗剂,测定小鼠脑内多巴胺的含量。结果Ketamine加MPTP组、Bicucullin加MPTP组与MPTP组及生理盐水组比较,多巴胺含量明显差异,统计学有显著意义。结论NMDA受体拮抗剂可抑制多巴胺神经递质的减少,GABA受体拮抗剂可促进多巴胺神经递质的减少。
Objective To study the effect of NMDA receptor antagonists on the dopamine contents in the global cerebra of mice with Parkinson's disease,providing theory basis for the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease. Methods Animal model was prepared by ip with MPTP in C57BL mice. The dopamine contents were assayed by NMDA receptor antagonists, including ketamine and biscucullin. Results the dopamine contents of group with ketamine + MPTP, group with biscucullin + MPTP and MPTP groups was significantly different with group NS. Conclusion NMDA receptor antagonists can inhibit the reduction of Dopamine,and GABA receptor antagonists can promote the reduction of Dopamine.
