摘要
对注射用盐酸阿糖胞苷采用旋光法进行测定,测定管长为1 cm.当盐酸阿糖胞苷浓度在1~9.000 0 g·L-1之间时,旋光度与浓度呈线性关系,回归方程为a=0.130 1 C+0.000 1,相关系数为0.999 9,平均回收率为99.93%,RSD为0.47%.方法简便、快速、准确,适合于药厂、医院对产品及制剂的快速分析.
Polarimetry was applied to the determination of content of cytarabinehydrochloride in injections. Degree of optical rotation of the drug was determined with polarized light of 589.3 nm passing through a measuring tube with 1 cm in light path. Experimental results showed that linear relationship between the measured signal and concentration of cytarabine hydrochloride was kept in the range from 1 to 9. 000 0 g · L^-1, with the following linear regression equation: α=0. 130 1 C+0. 000 1 (r=0. 999 9), Results of recovery test gave an average recovery of 99. 93% and a RSD (n= 6) of 0.47%, In its application to the analysis of injection samples of different hatches, results obtained by this method were in conformity with these obtained by the pharmacopoeia method of UVspectrometry.
