Develop Reading Theory and Establish a Reading-oriented Society

论述“阅读”、“阅读习惯”等理论研究的缺失。分析当前社会阅读率下降的原因,提出阅读研究要注重实际,国家应将阅读作为文化教育发展的基本指标,加强图书馆读者工作,完善阅读环境,在社会开展阅读活动,养成阅读习惯与提高阅读修养,着重“从娃娃抓起”等有关营造阅读社会的十个问题。

The paper discusses the deficiency of theory research on ＂reading＂, ＂reading habit＂ and so on at first. Then, based on the reason why the present reading rate in the society declines, it probes into the topic of how to create a reading - oriented society by actual steps from ten aspects, such as reading research should concern actual situation, the state should take reading as a basic guideline of the development of culture and education, readers＇ service in library should be strengtbened, reading environment should be improved, reading activities should be launched in the society so as to form people＇s reading habits and their reading orientation from their childhood,
