摘要
以作者10年信息服务的实际工作经验,阐述了如何正确了解用户、寻找用户、分析用户、最终管理好用户,提供增值服务,拓展图书馆信息服务。
Based on authocs work experience, this paper discusses the methods which can help to hunt for customers, understand customers, analyze customers and manage those who are the main customers in library's information service. These methods will improve the efficiency and velue of library's information service.
