读者不但是图书馆的创造者,图书馆的所有者,图书馆发展的推动者,而且是文本意义的接受者、解释者、评判者、生产者、再造者,更是图书馆价值的实现者。读者作为图书馆的真正主人拥有“参政权”。
Readers are not only creators, owners and promoters of library, but also acceptors, commentators, producers and reproducers of text. Readers realize the value of library, they have the right to participate in the political affairs.
