摘要
在花生初花期(5~6叶)分别用清水及100、200、300mg/L乙烯利对其叶面喷施处理,结果表明:200mg/L乙烯利处理能提高生长后期花生叶片可溶性蛋白质含量,增加POD(过氧化物酶)、SOD(超氧化物歧化酶)活性,降低丙二醛含量,同时明显增加了花生的饱果率、荚果重、百果重和百仁重,300mg/L乙烯利处理降低了花生的饱果率和百仁重.
Different concentrations (100mg/L, 200mg/L, 300mg/L) of ethephon and the control water were sprayed on the leaves of peanut at early flowering stage (5-6 leaves) in the experiment, respectively. The main results were as follows: The 200 mg/L ethephon treatment could increase the content of soluble protein, the activities of peroxidase (POD) and superoxide dismutase (SOD), decrease the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) in leaves of peanut at the late stage, and also increased the rate of plump pods, weight of dry pods, weight of 100 - pods and weight of 100-seeds, but the treatment 300 mg/L decreased the rate of plump pods and weight of 100- pods.
