当前各级医院领导在考虑新建病理科时都面临在深化改革的新形势下,如何既有社会效益,又要顾及经 济效益的问题。作者根据自己体会,对综合医院中拟议成立病理科时可能需要考虑的人员选择、建筑布局、仪器设备、 规章制度、人员培训、任务范围、相关政策等各项问题提出一些建议。

On a number of aspects of pathology department construction,including personnel selection and training,architectural design, apparatuses and instruments, rules and regulations, operating range, and relevant policies, the authors discuss experiences in making decisions and programs as well as in creative combined application of available resources so as to increase social benefits while without neglecting economic results.
