摘要
本文通过对上海市三家三级医院门诊病人进行问卷调查,获得病人对医院门诊各项服务的评价,门诊病 人综合满意率为89.8%,病人对质量的评价信息,提示基础条件质量和工作环节质量是质量保证的重要环节。调查 结果表明:在三级医院看病难的问题有所缓解。
An investigation in three A - level hospitals in Shanghai appraised the general rate of their outpatients' satisfaction with quality of various services as having reached 89. 8 %; considered the patients' difficulties in receiving prompt medical service in these hospitals to have decreased; and showed importances of the quality of basic structures and various service links to quality assurance.
