摘要
用于工业实践的湿磨干烧工艺与全干法的预分解窑相比,因烘干破碎机的存在,电耗较高。从造纸业中回收石灰石的湿浆脱水真空过滤新工艺得到启发,设想出不需烘干破碎机的湿磨干烧新工艺,新工艺烧成系统与原带有烘干的破碎机的系统相比电耗降低5kWh/t以上。
Compared with PC kiln dry systems, the practical wet grinding with dry burning system represents higher power consumption because of the existence of drying crusher. Enlightened from slurry vacuum de-water filtration process for recovery of limestone used in paper industry, an imaginable new wet grinding with dry burning process without drying crusher can be assumed. Compared with the old system with drying crusher, power consumption to pyro-processing of the new system will diminish more than 5 kWh/t.
