摘要
总结６例长骨骨折合并脂肪栓塞伴神经系统损害的病例，其临床表现均为在伤后１２－７２小时突然出现昏迷、抽搐、躁动等全脑症状或偏瘫、失语等局灶性症状．根据临床表现及ＣＴ扫描和脑脊液检查较易与脑外伤、脑炎、脑膜炎及脑血管意外相鉴别．幸存者多不残留神经系统受损症状．本文就其发病率、临床表现、治疗和预后进行讨论．
The data from six patients who suffered from long bone.fractrues with fat embolism and the damage of nervous system are summarized.All the brain symptoms including coma,convulsion,restlessness,hemiplegia,aphasia,etc.were found at 12 h to 3 d after injury.According to the clinical manifestations,CT study and examinations of cerebrospinal fluid, brain fat embolism is not difficult to differentiate with brain trauma,encephaiitis,cerebromeniningitis and cerebrovascular accident.The symptoms from nervous system due to injury are not found in most survivors.The morbility,clinical manifestations,treatment and prognosis of this disease are discussed,too.
