鞍钢烧结矿适宜MgO含量的试验研究 被引量:12

摘要 针对鞍钢原料条件,采用BOX旋转组合设计方法进行了MgO含量对烧结矿产量、质量及冶金性能等影响的实验室研究.结果表明:目前鞍钢烧结矿2.5%的MgO含量接近低利用系数、低成品率的槽型区,且燃耗较高,对生产不利.综合考虑MgO含量对烧结矿产质量指标和冶金性能的影响,以及炉渣对MgO含量的要求,建议鞍钢烧结矿MgO含量降至2.0%~2.1%. Based on existing raw material conditions of Angang, the influence of MgO content in sinter on sinter quality and production and metallurgical properties etc. are studied, by multi-factor rotatable experimental designs. The results of the experiment indicate that 2.5% MgO content in Angang sinter is unreasonable because the sinter' s quality, quantity and metallurgical properties are all poor and the fuel consumption is higher. Considering the comprehensive effect of MgO content on sinter quality and production and metallurgical properties and the requirement of BF slag, the reasonable MgO content (2.0% - 2.1%) was suggested.
