提出了基于PLC控制技术的乳化液自动配液系统的新型结构和工作原理,把乳化液浓度的检测与自动配比有机结合起来,在自动配液的同时,能够实现对乳化液浓度的“在线检测”和“实时监控”,从而大大提高了乳化液配制的自动化水平。

This paper puts forward the structrue and operating principle of a new emulsion automatic compounding system based on PLC control technology.The testing and automatic compounding of emulsion concentration are linked in this system,and it can realize automatic compounding and on-llne testing or on-time control of emulison concentraton at one time,thereby improving greatly emulsion compounding to a new and higher automation level.
