摘要
在探讨现有评价体系对新产品开发决策不适应的基础上,提出并构造了新产品开发立项决策的评价体系和投产决策评价体系,并对其进行了具体的分析。
On the base of discussing present evaluation system which can＇t apply to new product development （NPD） decision, this paper brings forward and constructs the evaluation system of decision for item setting up and putting into production decision for NPD, and analyzes the systems concretely.
