100例非霍奇金淋巴瘤分类与预后关系的研究

A proposal for new classification of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

应用形态学标准与免疫组织化学方法对１００例非霍奇金淋巴瘤（ＮＨＬ）的分类与预后关系进行了研究。在ＮＨＬ中，细胞分类的百分率如下：Ｂ细胞６６％，Ｔ细胞２９％，非Ｂ非Ｔ细胞２％，组织细胞３％。根据形态学的标准，Ｔ与Ｂ淋巴瘤的肿瘤细胞可被分别分为四与六种亚型。详细地描述了每种亚型的形态学特征。随访结果表明了Ｂ细胞淋巴后的预后比Ｔ细胞淋巴瘤好。淋巴瘤的正确分类有助于病人的治疗。作者建议对淋巴母细胞与中心母细胞类型的ＮＨＬ需要进行积极的化疗与放疗。

A new classification has been propsed based on morphologic riteria and immunohistochemical labelling method in 100 cases of NHL.The percentages of cell types in the NHL were axfollowx:B cell 66%;Tcell 29%;null cell 2%;and histiocytic 3%.On the basis of morphologic criteria,tumor cells of T and B lymphomas could be subdivided into 4 and 6 subtypes respectively.The rnorphologic characterieation of each subtype has been described in detail.The results of follow up indicate that prognosis of B cell lyrnphoma was better than T cell lymphorna.The new classiication is helpful for the treatment of patients.We suggest that active chemotherpy and radiotherapy are needed for lymphoblastic and centroblastic cell type of NHL.
