促进马扎德甜樱桃砧木组培苗生根的研究 被引量:2

摘要 以甜樱桃砧木马扎德(Mazzard)的组培苗为试材,研究促进其生根的方法。结果表明,最佳生根培养基为1/2MS+0.3mg/LIBA。将分化组培苗转入该培养基,移至温室中黑暗处理10天后,在1500~40001x自然光下培养,生根率可达93.5%。对瓶内未生根的幼苗,用1000mg/LIBA浸泡60秒后扦插到温室育苗盘中,1个月后生根率可达80%以上。 Trials with wild ‘Mazzard' sweet cherry tissue - cultured shoots manifested that the optimal medium for rooting was 1/2MS + 0.3 mg/L IBA. The rooting rate of 93.5% was obtained by the following practice:the differentiated tissue - cultured shoots were transplanted onto the above - mentioned medium and dark - cultured in a greenhouse for ten days, then subjected to 1500 - 40001x of natural light. There was got an additional rooting rate over 80% when the unrooted shoots were immersed in 1000mg/L IBA solution for 60s, then transplanted to nursery trays to be cultured in a greenhouse after one month.
