装载机工作装置电液比例操纵系统试验台设计

Design of Test Bench for Electro-hydraulic Proportional Control System of Loader Working Devices

在专门设计的符合装载机工作原理的试验台上,采用模拟实际工况的加载方法对一种装载机工作装置电液比例控制系统进行了试验测试。试验测试结果表明,被测系统可以满足装载机工作装置的实际操纵控制要求。文中提出的试验测试原理具有一般性,只要稍加修改,还可以用于具有不同技术参数的工程机械电液比例控制系统的试验测试。

An electro - hydraulic proportional control system for loaders working devices was tested by loading method analogous to actual working conditions on a specifically designed test bench, whose working principle is identical to that of the actual wheel loaders. The test results indicate that the tested system meets the actual operation control requirements of wheel loaders. The proposed testing method can be used for similar tests of electro - hydraulic proportional control systems of different construction machinery with different technical specifications, provided that a slight modification is made.
