摘要
论述了自动装料装置的系统组成、控制方案确定、控制系统软硬件设计,并设计了基于Controller L ink网络的PLC与智能终端、上位机的通信方法。自动装料装置大大提高了装料效率和装料量。
The function and control methods of automatic block fetching ＆ loading device were described in details, together with the hardware and software design schemes. The communication between PLC and the intelligent terminal as well as host computer was achieved. The loading efficiency and capacity was greatly improved.
