摘要
采用断续流动-氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法对化学试剂KNO3中的痕量汞进行了测定.确定了测定KNO3试剂中汞的最佳分析条件.检出限为0.05 ng/mL,样品加标回收率为97.8%~101.2%.
The trace mercury in potassium nitrate reagents was determined by intermittent flow-hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. The optimum conditions for the determination of trace mercury were developed. The detection limit obtained for mercury was 0.05 ng/mL and the recovery was in the range of 97.8% - 101.2%.
