摘要 饭店企业必须打造自己的核心竞争力,才能在优胜劣汰的市场竞争中胜出。核心竞争力中企业文化是核心,技术占有重要地位。优秀的企业文化造就了价值观和思维方式,先进的技术使企业价值观和思维方式体现在具有悦人特性的产品中,二者完美的有机结合,合成了饭店企业的核心竞争力。
