摘要
回顾了荆州历史文化名城保护的整个过程,对荆州已有的保护工作和现存的问题进行了分析。对荆州自身的历史保护价值和保护的成效两大方面予以全面的评价,进而归纳得出荆州历史文化名城保护评估的结果,并试图将此评估方式运用到其他历史文化名城保护工作中去。
This paper looked back the whole process of Jingzhou historic cultural city protection and analyzed the existent protection work and the current problems. Then this paper made an overall evaluation from two aspects, which were the protection value of Jingzhou and the protection effect, and on this basis included the evaluation outcome of Jingzhou historic cultural city protection, and furthermore tried to apply this evaluation method to the protection work of other historic cultural cities.
