摘要
分析了施工现场人员进行绩效管理的必要性,论述了施工现场人员绩效管理的前提,对绩效管理的全过程进行了介绍,最后提出实施绩效管理的一些建议,以促进企业战略目标的实现。
The paper analyzed the necessity of performance management of the personnel in constructing-locale, talked the premise of the precondition, it introduces the whole process of the performance management, Finally, the paper proposed some suggestions on carrying out performance management, so as to promote to redize strategy aim of enterprise.
