摘要
从工程造价管理现状及发展、计价模式和估价所需资料数据类型及来源三个方面分析比较了国内外的工程造价管理，从而揭示出中国工程造价管理改革的方向和途径。
The paper compares China and other countries＇ engineering cost management in its present situation, valuation mode and needing data type and its originates of estimate, and promulgates the direction and approaching of China＇s engineering cost management reform.
