Towel warp sizing has important influence on pile effect of terry towel. The experiences of optimizing size mixture formula to improve pile loop softness, adjusting sizing technology and drying technology of G142D sizing machine to adhesive hairiness ＆ enhance towel warp strength, assuring levelness of surface pile loop were introduced. The controlling range of sizing quality parameters of terry towel was summarized.
